The proposed sequence
Four stages, in order. Nothing is compared before you confirm the terms it is compared against.
Authorised agreements, approved changes, and the invoice and credit records for the period.
You confirm the current fee, the effective period and any approved exceptions, with source references.
The confirmed fee is set against the billing records for the same agreement and the same period.
You or your authorised adviser decides any next action. A difference alone settles nothing.
Why the order matters
A comparison is useful only when the agreed terms are clear.
The proposed pilot starts with your agreements and approved changes. You confirm the current fees, the relevant period and any conditions before those amounts are compared with billing records.
A credit can explain an apparent difference. An approved waiver can be a valid exception. A missing amendment leaves a question to resolve.
Thirty-six scenarios and twelve order and repeat-import invariants ran against structured, pre-confirmed inputs. Twenty checks returned UNKNOWN, as expected. It is not an independent audit, an accuracy estimate, evidence of production reliability or a customer outcome.

Clause Copilot is being developed by Dylan, a solo founder in Sydney. This is a proposed founder-assisted pilot, not a finished automation platform. No paying Clause customers or customer results have been established in the supplied evidence.
This site accepts no real documents, applications or payments. Delivery and data-handling arrangements need to be settled before real records are supplied.
If your existing billing process already performs this check well, an additional service may not be useful.
The sample shows a difference, a credit and missing evidence.
